It’s been a while since I last played the original Diablo 3. I think the game is good but I really got bored with it so fast because of the constant grinding for high level gear which doesn’t seem to even drop (at least for me). I’m also not a fan of the game’s auction house. Most of the high level items are available to anyone by just spending some real cash. Takes the challenge away.

I’m sure you already saw the official announcement of its first expansion dubbed as “Reaper of Souls”. Just saw the cinematic trailer the other day and as always, it looks downright awesome (trailer below). I’m just not that excited with this announcement because I’m sure it will still be the same experience. I’m sure once you play the expansion and get online, everybody is playing as a Crusader which is the new playable class. And where’s the PVP?

I’m not bashing the game in any way and I’m actually going purchase the expansion once it’s out. I hope they did their homework with this expansion this time because if not, this expansion will yet again collect dust inside my computer’s hard drive.
