I’ve been using a DSLR for my everyday photography and I still love and use it today. I bought it for one reason only and that’s to capture and shoot images with the highest quality possible. I don’t mind its size back then because I know DSLRs are big for a reason. But then mirrorless cameras became mainstream and I saw people comparing their mirrorless captured images vs their DSLRs. I was really surprised how these small cameras can replicate the image quality of their bulky DSLR counterparts – and sometimes it’s even better. My main gripe with DSLR cameras is obviously its size.

Like what I’ve mentioned earlier, I really don’t mind Its size back then simply because you don’t have additional options to choose from. Back then, If you really want high quality images, you need to go and get a DSLR. But technology is changing at a very fast phase. You can buy a laptop or mobile phone today and it’s already outdated in just a couple of months ^^; So yeah, after getting everyone’s opinion and reading a lot of reviews, I finally decided to “shift” to a mirrorless camera – the Fujifilm X-T10. The size difference is just a big thing to me, specially if you just want to go outside and shoot – this you can’t always do on a DSLR :P
