Plum is going to release the 1/7th scale figure rendition of Daiba Kanon from the PSP game God Eater Burst (ゴッドイーター バースト). Looks like Plum is going to create figure treatments of all characters in the game. Last year, they released Alisa Amiella (from the same game) but didn’t get it.

Sexy girls with exaggerated/oversized weaponry currently has a good place in the market (imagine Black Rock Shooter). Daiba’s weapon looks great. It’s very detailed and you can feel its sense of scale over Daiba. I think my only problem with this figure is Daiba’s face. Kinda hard to explain but it just doesn’t work for me.

Slated July 2013 for ¥8,800.
