If I’m not mistaken, there are 2 versions of this figure by Orca Toys. The one I’m showing here and the other one with a different paint job and facial expression. Not sure why they made the other facial expression a separate purchase since most figures nowadays includes optional parts for display customization. Slated June 2015 for ¥12,800.
