Hot Toys just released the official prototype images of their Thor: The Dark World 1/6th scale collectible figure. Figure looks fantastic and I think this is the first Thor figure with the closest resemblance to the actor, Chris Hemsworth. I own the first 2 Thor figures namely the original Thor (first film) and the Thor (Avengers Ver.) and I can confidently say that the headsculpt of this one is much more accurate compared to the first two.

Also for the first time, Hot Toys will be releasing 2 versions of this figure (yep, you heard that right). Not sure why Hot Toys decided to do this because they can just make this figure a DX version for example and make the other version as optional parts / accessories. Waste of money in my opinion.
