Finally! The Mikasa figure I’ve been waiting for! And it’s made by the talented people at Good Smile Company. As always, figure looks awesome – BUT – did you guys notice that the images are somewhat cropped? Where’s the base? What does it look like? I hope GSC will post some updated images of this figure with the base included.
Still, I’m so going to get this figure once it’s available. Now, will ALTER respond? Figure maker Ques Q also has their own version of Mikasa. Unfortunately, I really don’t like it > <
Out of all the announced Mikasa’s I like GSC’s the most, Koto’s would be a close second.
The reason they aren’t showing the base is because they are showcasing the more expensive DX version which comes with an elaborate “rooftop” base, so I would expect the normal figures base will be quite plain. From the way she is positioned in how she stands on a peg I’d say it’ll be a plastic disc similar to their Triumphant Excalibur Saber.
