I have mixed reactions about this figure. First, the figure is obviously of high quality. You can definitely see it in its sculpt work, paint job, and overall appearance. Amazon’s face is really pretty too – a very good job indeed by the talented guys at Megahouse.

The thing I’m not sure about this figure is Amazon’s body proportions. I know it’s a fantasy character and realism / accuracy is not really taken into consideration. But judging from how she looks right now, everything seems “off”. She just doesn’t look right to me.

I’m pretty much aware that this figure is just being true to the source material and I’ve also seen all illustrations of her. I’m just not feeling her overly exaggerated muscular body :/ Problem is, I still can’t decide if I should pass or preorder since I think I preordered Elf last month… (This one’s tough).

Amazon slated July 2014 for ¥9,250. And one final question to fellow hobbyists out there, Do you still find her attractive?
