I’ve been hearing the word “Kantai Collection” for quite some time now but honestly, I really don’t have a single idea what it is – until I saw this figure in the recently held Wonfes 2014: Winter. Figure is the 1/8th scale rendition of Shimakaze from the online card game “Kantai Collection”.

“Kan Colle’s” concept is basically similar to Strike Witches – but instead of planes, the cute girls are dressed as “naval battleships”. Just preordered this figure because of its awesome character design and “kawaii” factor. Slated September 2014 for ¥13,704.
