The much anticipated Toycon 2014 here in the Philippines is just around the corner! It’s an annual event where toy and figure enthusiasts gather for one sole purpose – TOYS! This is also the time where “we” (collectors) take advantage of special promos and discounts from different toy stores. One of the stores I’ll be watching this year is none other than my main hobby provider, “Hubbyte Toy Store“. They basically have LOTS of special promos this year and i think it’s the “biggest” they’ve done yet.

One of those promos is in the form of a “lucky bag”. Each of these “lucky bags” can be purchased for Php 2,000, and contains a random figma, Nendoroid, Revoltech, D-Arts, S.H.Figuarts, Plastic Model, or an Ichiban Kuji figure! Expensive? Think again – because all items in each of these “lucky bags” costs more than what you paid for. It’s a win-win if you ask me. Note though that you can’t return/exchange or refund any of these items.

Hubbyte is a respectable store, I’m sure all items are all worth the 2k \m/ They actually provided some figure silhouettes to let you know they’re serious :D So start guessing ^^

They also attached a disclaimer that says:

“If you see any item worth less than P2000 in standard pricing, we’ll make sure that you’ll receive additional item(s) as a bonus and will be included in the bag…”

The good thing is, the promo doesn’t end with the “lucky bags” alone. With each “lucky bag” purchase, you are given 2 raffle coupons. “What is it for you ask?” – At the end of the con day, this raffle coupons will be drawn and everyone gets the chance to take home 3 of these awesome figures.
