Just got my Hot Toys Ironman Mark 2 Armor Unleashed after a year of waiting! The figure is just freaking awesome. It’s super DETAILED and has a bunch of replaceable parts. This Mark 2 figure definitely blows the first Mark 2 figure out of the water. But, there is something that dissapoints me when it comes to HT’s quality control…
When I opened the box, I instantly noticed that there is something missing with the figure. It’s actually an important part and the figure is incomplete without it. Tried looking for it inside the packaging but I can’t seem to find it. It seems like it’s HT’s quality control’s fault.
Anyway, I already emailed my retailer and HT’s customer service. I took pictures of the figure right out of the box and requested for a replacement of the missing part. Will keep this post updated regarding my request to their CS.
Despite this first time bad experience with HT figures. I still praise the overall sculpt and design of this Mark 2 figure. It’s just amazing. I just hope I get to receive those parts in time because that missing part is really bothering me.
