My second shipment for January arrived today via FedEx. Shipment contains the first 2 members of the K-ON! band. To those who are not familiar,  K-ON! is a Japanese anime focused on an all girl band and their music club.

The figures I ordered are really hard to find and are considered “rare” as of now. Some hobby shops also sell them but with “x2” price tag which is insane. This photo review is focused on Yui Hirasawa, the Lead Guitarist of the band. Her instrument is an Heritage Cherry Sunburst Gibson Les Paul Standard electric guitar (I’m sure most of you are familiar with the Gibson Les Paul ;D).

I’m really planning on getting all the characters. Actually, the next 2 members are already preordered online and will be released this February and March 2011. Can’t wait!!! T_T I can already see what they will look like when displayed as a group. Just pure awesomeness!
