Last September, Kotobukiya announced the Street Fighter x Bishoujo version of Chun-Li which is strongly based on the artwork of illustrator/character designer Shunya Yamashita. The figure’s overall sculpt and paint job looks really good but the face ruined it for me. This time, Kotobukiya is going to release the second figure in the series in the image of Cammy.

I like this figure a LOT better than Chun-Li. Her face is much more OK. Overall sculpt and paint job still looks great and I’m impressed on how they rendered Cammy’s muscular build. I’m still undecided if I’ll get one but this figure is definitely in the right direction. Slated July 2014 for ¥6,200.
